IN THE EVENT THAT ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT IS INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THAT PROVISION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT SHALL BE DEEMED INVALID AND THE REMAINDER OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE VALID AND ENFORCEABLE. Any provisions that are not deemed necessary in this Agreement and that are not found shall be deemed automatically included in this Rental Agreement. Reasonable late fees are a flat rate that only applies if it is documented in the rental agreement and can be transferred at the beginning of the 5th day following the expiry of the rent. Identification (§ 90.305) – The owner must indicate the name and address of a manager or a person authorized to act on his behalf. This information must be contained in the rental agreement.
