Workflow is Control

Once a form is designed the BPA.net process engine will automatically extract data entered on the form and store it the "back-end" (SQL) database provided with our software.

The workflow module provides all the core facilities required to automate a workflow including:-

  • Structured Workflows

  • Ad-Hoc Workflows

  • Serial Approval &Parallel Approval,

  •  User Alerts

  • Timed Responses

  • Status Checking

  • Conditional Branching, etc.
The User can design a workflow using simple "Drag and Drop" editing and no programming experience is necessary. The user constructs a workflow using a sequence of standard WorkFlow Objects (WFO's) supplied with the BPA.net software. The user specific parameters to control the workflow are then entered by the user on the WFO Data Screens provided. 

Once a workflow is configured the BPA.net process engine will run the process on an IIS Server and automatically interact with any eforms that have been configured as part of the workflow process.

Once a business process is automated using the workflow and eforms modules within BPA.net it may be easily hosted on the users existing web site. 

The workflow module will allow your Managers and Process experts to Design, Develop, Configure and Deploy complex automated business processes easily. If you have difficulty with deployment or hosting then Verify Technologies are on-hand to provide this capability to you as a service.
